How to setup Django in Ubuntu?

Prepare the service environment which needs Apache, mod_wsgi and MySQL database,

$ sudo apt-get install apache2
$ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-wsgi
$ sudo apt-get install mysql-server
$ sudo apt-get install python-mysqldb

Install Django from source code
First download the latest version of Django from its official site, https://www.djangoproject.com/download/. The current latest version is v1.6.6, download it and the install it as follows,

$ tar zxf Django-1.6.6.tar.gz
$ cd Django-1.6.6
$ sudo python setup.py install

Now the installation finished.
